Monitor Alerts & Billing

Monitors can notify your team when new results arrive. They also use the client's AI balance, so every client can control spend.

Alerts

Monitor alerts can go to email and Slack. Set the defaults from Settings, then adjust monitor behaviour as needed.

Email alerts are useful for owners who need a direct prompt. Slack alerts are better for teams already reviewing opportunities in a shared channel.

If Slack is not connected, connect it from Slack before using Slack monitor alerts.

Alert controls

Settings include:

• a master Monitor Alerts toggle
• email alert preference
• Slack alert preference

Use the master toggle when a client wants to pause monitor notifications without changing each monitor.

AI balance

Monitor checks use AI balance. The exact usage depends on source coverage, frequency, and result volume.

Use frequency and result limits to control normal usage. Add a monthly cap when a monitor should never spend beyond a set amount.

Low balance behaviour

If the client runs out of AI balance, monitors can pause instead of continuing to check. Add more balance or reduce monitor activity to resume.
