Credits & AI Balance

Credits are how Eclipse tracks AI usage across the platform. Your plan includes a monthly AI balance that covers article generation, GEO runs, canvas research, image generation, CASi interactions, Reddit workflows, and social generation.

Your credit balance

View your current credit balance from the dashboard or the Credits page. The balance shows how many credits you have remaining and updates in real time as you use the platform.

What uses credits

• Article generation through Content Profiles or Cortex Canvas.
• GEO profile runs across the AI platforms you select.
• CASi interactions including chat, deep research, and content rewrites.
• Image generation on the canvas.
• Reddit workflows including reply drafting and original post generation.
• Social media post generation from articles or breaking news.

Chat, CASi, and research tools remain available while the active client has positive AI balance.

Credit audit log

Every credit transaction is logged with the client it was attributed to and the person who spent it. The audit log gives you a complete record of usage. For agencies, this means clear attribution per client without manual tracking.

Purchasing additional credits

If you need more credits than your monthly allocation, you can purchase additional credits directly from the Credits page. Additional credits are available immediately.

GEO usage and spend control

There is no hard limit on the number of GEO Profiles you can create.

Instead, GEO usage comes from the AI balance consumed when those profiles run. Your spend is shaped by the platforms you select and how often you run them. If you only need a smaller set of AI platforms, use those and your usage stays lower.

Plan details

The standard Eclipse plan includes 20 cited articles and £50 of AI credits per month. Credits cover all AI-powered features across the platform. See your account settings for your specific plan details and usage.
