Train CASi
Upload documentation and training material so CASi can draw from your internal knowledge.
Train CASi
Train CASi is where you upload the documents, training material, and internal knowledge that CASi draws from when creating content. The more context CASi has about your business, the more accurate and grounded its output becomes.
What to upload
- Product documentation covering features, specifications, and use cases.
- Training material used by your sales or customer success teams.
- Slide decks from investor presentations, product launches, or client pitches.
- Investor decks with company positioning, market data, and growth narratives.
- Client-relevant information like case studies, onboarding guides, or industry research.
- Internal knowledge bases with company-specific terminology, processes, or frameworks.
How CASi uses training material
When CASi writes, it can draw from your uploaded documents to verify claims, use accurate product terminology, and reference real data from your business. Instead of approximating what your product does, CASi uses the exact language and details from your own material.
This is particularly valuable for:
- Accuracy. CASi pulls real specifications and features from your docs rather than generating approximate descriptions.
- Terminology. Your specific product names, feature names, and internal language appear correctly in content.
- Verification. CASi can cross-reference claims against your uploaded documentation, reducing the chance of inaccurate statements.
Uploading documents
- Go to Train CASi in the left sidebar.
- Upload your files.
- CASi ingests the content and makes it available across all surfaces: canvas, editor, Content Profiles, social, and Reddit.
Uploaded material is specific to the client workspace. For agencies, each client's training material stays isolated in their own workspace.
Keep it current
As your product evolves, update the training material. Remove outdated documents and upload new ones. CASi always works from what's currently available, so keeping the library current ensures content stays accurate.
