Reddit Inbox

Inbox is the correspondence workspace for the connected Reddit account. It gathers comment replies, post replies, username mentions, and direct messages that Reddit returns, so you can keep a public conversation moving even after the original thread has left the opportunity queue on Engagement.

Connect the account before you trust the list, and reconnect when authorisation needs attention.

Inbox and Sent

Switch between Inbox and Sent, and inside Inbox choose All or Unread before you filter by message type. Each row shows the sender, the message type, the subreddit where one applies, the timestamp, the subject, and the body.

Open a message and Eclipse marks it read. If that update fails, use the retry control. Refresh for a new pull, load more as the list grows, and use the new-message notice when fresh arrivals are waiting.

Mark all read asks you to confirm first. That action covers every unread message on the connected account, including items outside the filter currently on screen, because the confirmation applies to the account and the visible slice is only what you are looking at.

Sent holds the outgoing private messages Reddit has returned. It is read-only. Public replies you made in a thread stay on that thread and in Activity.

Reply in a public thread

On a supported public message, expand View full thread and read the post alongside the other comments. Answer that comment, or another eligible one in the thread. Ask CASi for a draft, refine the wording, or type the reply fully in your own voice.

Deleted or hidden comments can refuse a reply. Thread context can be missing at the same time. Choose Send reply when the wording is ready, because Inbox posts on that action and leaves out the Engagement countdown.

CASi drafts and refines the public reply here in front of you. The longer read, covering beliefs, a likely reaction, and friction risk, stays on Engagement opportunity drafts, Lightning Round included.

Direct messages

Write the direct-message reply yourself. Public comments in a thread can still go through Ask CASi and Refine draft. Reddit Chat, a fresh private message to someone who has not written in, and CASi drafts for direct messages sit outside this page.

Read state

Read state goes back to Reddit. The unread badge can show 99+. With the badge on, Eclipse polls that count about every three minutes.

Treat that as a regular check. A message can land on Reddit before the badge moves. Recorded posts sit on Activity, and the queue that starts a conversation sits on Engagement.
