Agency Accounts
Manage multiple client workspaces with isolated brand context and team permissions.
Agency Accounts
Agency accounts are designed for content agencies managing multiple clients from one Eclipse login. Each client gets a fully isolated workspace. Research, brand voice, competitor data, and content never bleed between accounts.
How agency accounts work
As an agency user, you see all your client workspaces in the client selector. Switch between them to manage content, research, and publishing for each client independently.
Client isolation. Every client's brand context, research nodes, Content Profiles, competitor tracking, and publishing destinations sit in their own workspace. CASi maintains separate correction histories per client. Five brands means five distinct voice models.
Staff permissions. Agency admins control which clients each team member can access. One login per person, with visibility limited to their assigned clients.
Credit tracking. One credit pool across all clients, but every transaction is attributed to the specific client and the person who spent it. Reconciliation is built in.
Setting up agency workflows
- Add each client through Client Management.
- Complete onboarding for each client with their specific brand context.
- Upload training material through Train CASi per client.
- Set up Content Profiles for each client's target audiences.
- Configure publishing destinations per client through Integrations.
Each client's workspace operates independently. Your team can manage multiple clients at scale without mixing brand voices or research.
Scaling content
Agencies can run 15+ articles per client per month through Eclipse. Content Profiles generate on schedule, each in the correct client's voice, using that client's research and competitive intelligence. Your team reviews and approves. The headcount stays the same.
