Agency Accounts

Run the full Eclipse feature set across multiple clients with isolated workspaces and team access.

Agency Accounts

Agency accounts are built for teams running Eclipse across multiple clients. You do not get a reduced version of the platform. Each client workspace has access to the same Eclipse features your single-brand clients use, with client isolation and team access layered on top.

What agencies get

Every client workspace can use the full platform:

The agency-specific layer is operational: each client stays isolated, and your team can move across assigned client workspaces from one account.

How agency workspaces operate

As an agency user, you see your client workspaces in the client selector. Switch between them to manage content, research, and publishing for each client independently.

Client isolation. Every client's brand context, research nodes, Content Profiles, competitors, analytics, publishing destinations, and CASi memory stay inside that client workspace. Five clients means five separate working environments.

Team access. Each team member gets their own login. You assign which client workspaces they can access, so people only see the accounts they work on.

Shared credit tracking. AI usage is tracked per client and per user, so agencies can reconcile work across a shared balance without manual reporting.

Collaboration across teams

Agency teams can work on the same client canvas at the same time.

Cursor indicators show who is inside each node, changes arrive live, and each person's undo history stays separate. That means an account manager, strategist, and writer can work on the same research space without passing documents back and forth or losing the source trail.

Setting up agency workflows

  1. Add each client through Client Management.
  2. Complete onboarding for that client with their own brand context and publishing setup.
  3. Assign the relevant team members to that client workspace.
  4. Upload training material through Train CASi for the client.
  5. Set up Content Profiles, GEO profiles, competitors, and destinations for that client.

Each client's workspace operates independently, but the workflow stays the same across accounts.

What agencies can run from one login

Because every feature works per client, agencies can run the same repeatable system across multiple accounts:

  • generate articles from saved profiles or from canvas research
  • review justifications and approve drafts in the editor
  • publish to each client's connected destinations
  • track AI visibility gaps and turn them into the next content brief
  • generate social posts and Reddit replies from that client's brand context

The result is operational consistency without shared brand memory between clients.
